KnoBrain3r's Modest Plans to Save The World. #1
Every so often I get an idea and think to myself "This would fix everything!" Am I right? Am I nuts? Am I drunk? Sometimes I just don't know. Here for the world to decide are ways I 'd fix......
The Federal Budget-
You know what I hate? Being asked to contribute $1 to the Election Fund on my taxes. Politicians only pay attention to the millions from all the special interests and super paks and whatnot. You know what I love? The Lottery! How about this: For $1 on your fed income tax form you get the chance to be 1 of 100
people (2 from each state) to be given 1 million dollars tax free. All the money leftover (and it will be a lot) will go to fund elections, pay down the debt or whatever.
If you retire with over $2 million in assets then you don't get A Social security check. Instead you get a monthly debit card for the equivalent amount that exempts you from Sales Tax on anything you buy. This encourages extra spending by older wealthier people and saves the government money.
The government should get a job! Actually have the government set up and operate new industries (solar/wind power plants, Electric cars). The profits would go directly to the Federal debt. Once the factory is self-sustaining or after a set time period (say 5 years) the entire operation would be offered up for bid on the open market with the profits either paying more debt or setting up the next operation.

Hello. This is KnoBrain3r.
Hopefully this blog can become an all-purpose dumping ground on any number of topics that strike my fancy on a daily basis. It might be something serious like politics or my latest surefire plan to Save The Universe or (more likely) it'll just be something stupid that makes me laugh or think. The most important thing though is communication. Let me know what you think of my posts (But Please don't be an A-hole) and give me some ideas of what you like, who you follow, and what you call cool.
